Store Manager: Coffee Shop & Community Hub (Flexible Hours)

Places Leisure is seeking a Store Manager for our coffee shop to lead daily operations and drive performance at the centre. You will recruit, train and empower staff, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and efficiency.

You will also manage sales targets, stock control, cost management and ensure health and safety compliance while fostering a positive, motivating workplace culture that supports community wellbeing.
