At Base Wood Fired Pizza, we're passionate about serving up great-tasting, wood-fired pizza made fast, made fresh, and made for takeaway. We're growing, and we're looking for a hands on Store Manager to lead our team and keep our store running like a well oiled (and well seasoned) machine.

As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day success of our store - leading a great team, delivering top-quality pizza, and making sure every customer leaves happy. You'll take ownership of everything from staffing and stock to sales and service standards.

• Leading, motivating, and rostering a team of pizza chefs and front-of-house staff
• Overseeing daily store operations, from opening to close
• Ensuring food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are met every single time
• Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Handling cash management, till reconciliation, and sales reporting
• Recruiting, training, and developing team members
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues quickly
• Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow the business
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, takeaway, or hospitality
• A genuine passion for food and great customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Confidence handling stock control, ordering, and basic financial reporting
• Flexibility to work evenings and weeks
• A positive, can do attitude and pride in a job well done
