What you'll do

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver premium customer service.
• Drive store performance through strong leadership, coaching and engagement.
• Maintain exceptional standards across service, store presentation and operations.
• Be hands on on the shop floor, leading from the front with customers and colleagues.
• Manage resources, sales performance and continuous store improvement.

What we're looking for

• Previous retail management experience (optical experience beneficial but not essential).
• A confident, people focused leader with strong emotional intelligence.
• Customer obsessed, commercially aware and calm under pressure.
• Passion for service excellence, coaching teams and premium retail.
