Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and schedule the shop team.
• Oversee daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage stock ordering, rotation, displays and waste levels.
• Monitor staff performance, sales and operating costs.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Ensure HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Complete essential staffing, stock and operational records.

Requirements

• At least two years' retail management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in fresh food, butchery or deli retail is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
