Store Manager

Job DescriptionWe are an independent specialty coffee & bagel brand operating multiple sites in London.

We are growing and looking for a strong Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our locations in Central London.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train and develop a team of baristas and supervisors
• Manage rotas and control labour costs
• Drive store performance (sales, GP, wastage, labour %)
• Ensure high standards of coffee quality and customer service
• Handle stock ordering and inventory management
• Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Manage performance, conduct reviews and disciplinary processes when required
• Work closely with senior leadership on continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)
• Experience in coffee or QSR
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware and confident working with KPIs
• Organised, structured and proactive
• Comfortable working weekends and flexible shifts
• Right to work in the UK
