Store Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new store in Newbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys building successful teams, driving commercial performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional results while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing store team.
  
• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  
• Drive commercial performance and store profitability.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
  
• Maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards.
  
• Manage stock, store operations and day-to-day performance.
  
• Create a positive, energetic culture where both customers and colleagues thrive.
  

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
  
• A proven track record of achieving sales, KPI and commercial targets.
  
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
  
• Excellent commercial awareness and operational management experience.
  
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering results.
  
• The ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused retail environment.
