Store Manager

What you'll do

As the Store Manager in Sevenoaks you will be responsible for all aspects of daily store operations. The store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Delivering great service. Ensuring your team provides a great customer experience and delivering sales through service.
• Mucking in. Helping the team get the job done - checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and putting orders together.
• Inspiring. Encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
• Asking questions and building relationships. Supporting your team's development, future business growth and succession, and ensuring customers leave the branch fully satisfied.
• Leading. Coaching, motivating and engaging the team from the front to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
• Building a fun working environment. Maintaining product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place everyone loves to work.
