Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for running the store on a daily basis to achieve sales targets, ensuring staff are trained and providing excellent customer service, and that the store is presentable and stocked correctly.

Responsibilities

• achieving KPIs and sales targets
• dealing with customer concerns or complaints efficiently
• encouraging upselling of products
• despatching web orders
• ensuring stock accuracy and product availability
• staff training and development
• implementing marketing and promotions
• staff rotas

Qualifications

Previous experience of managing or supervising a team in a retail environment is essential.
