£34,008 (based on 40 hours, £30,607 pro rata 36 hours) + commission

At wed2b, our Store Managers combine strong commercial leadership with a genuine focus on people-both customers and team members. This is a hands on role where you'll drive sales performance, develop your team, and ensure every bride receives a personalised and supportive experience.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Take ownership of overall store performance, using data and insight to drive results
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience in a fast paced retail environment
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, building a strong internal talent pipeline
- Lead from the front through visible, hands on management on the shop floor
- Create a positive, inclusive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and support
- Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role (luxury or customer focused environment preferred)
- A strong track record of delivering sales results and managing KPIs
- Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solution focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer first mindset with the ability to balance commercial focus and empathy
- Fluent in English and Dutch
