Job Description
Overview

Store Manager - The Trafford Centre, Manchester. The North Face team. Lead and nurture a store team, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and contribute to a global brand within VF.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and mentor store teams to deliver a customer-first experience.
  • Implement established retail processes and identify opportunities to improve them.
  • Manage core retail operations, including inventory and P&L responsibilities.
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results.
  • Ensure the store appearance aligns with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and are able to help them find the right product.
  • Resilient and self-driven; comfortable with the demands of store work.
  • Experience developing a high-performing team with a shared vision for excellent shopping experiences.
  • Experience in store operations including budgeting, planning, retail operations, and merchandising.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; another language is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
  • Flexible with weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
