Job Description
Houlihan's MACE Lismore is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy convenience store and forecourt. A fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for the day to day running of a thriving store.
What You'll Do- Manage and train staff to the highest standards
- Ensure excellent merchandising and store presentation
- Oversee stock control and stock taking procedures
- Lead regular team meetings and strong staff communication
- Drive performance to achieve sales and operational targets
- Grocery retail management experience (essential)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
