As a Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's day to day operations, financial performance, customer experience, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing team
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive working environment
  • Manage performance and support team development pathways
Daily Operations Management
  • Take ownership of the day to day running of the store
  • Ensure smooth operations across front of house, coffee, and kitchen
  • Maintain exceptional operational and service standards
  • Lead by example during busy service periods
Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador for The Steamhouse
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed
Financial Performance & Accountability
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Manage labour costs, stock control, and cash handling procedures
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Stock, Compliance & Operational Standards
  • Manage stock ordering and minimise waste
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
  • Ensure allergen procedures and company standards are consistently followed
Community & Business Growth
  • Build strong relationships within the local community
  • Support local marketing and partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with senior management on business development initiatives

  • Previous experience in a hospitality management or Store Manager role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
