JOB TITLE • Store Manager - Bicester Village, Temporary role for Pop up REPORTS TO: Retail Manager Key Responsibilities Sales and Profit Maximization: Driving performance through KPI analysis, setting, and hitting sales targets. Staff Leadership & HR: Recruiting, training, motivating, and appraising staff, including handling scheduling and performance management. Operations Management: Overseeing stock control (ordering, receiving, merchandising), maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring store safety/legal compliance. Customer Experience: Ensuring high-quality service, handling complaints, and maintaining an appealing store environment. Financial Accountability: Managing budgets, tracking stock loss (shrinkage), and analyzing sales data to forecast future trends. Visual Merchandising: Implementing promotional displays and ensuring the store layout meets brand guidelines. Essential Skills and Qualifications Leadership and People Management: Ability to motivate a team and foster a positive, productive environment. Commercial Awareness: Understanding of retail trends, profit margins, and competitor activity. Customer Service Focus: Passion for service and excellence in handling client needs. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for managing teams and reporting to head office. Resilience and Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm and make fast, effective decisions under pressure.
