Store Manager

Gibbs Oil Company is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our convenience store operations.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team to drive sales and maintain operational efficiency.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily operations to ensure the store meets financial and operational goals.
• Leading, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and merchandising.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing store marketing strategies to enhance sales.
• Preparing and analyzing sales reports and financial documents.
• Coordinating with upper management to develop policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail management, preferably in convenience stores or gas stations.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform necessary driving tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform other physical tasks associated with managing a retail environment.
