Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Act as a service champion on the shop floor and lead the team with a hands-on approach.
- Deliver in-store training, manage visual standards, and be an ambassador of the brand.
- Experience in luxury or premium retail.
- Strong awareness of how to elevate the in-store experience and maximise team potential.
- An appreciation for lifestyle or fashion products would be advantageous.
Salary up to £42,000, with potential to earn more via a monthly bonus scheme, staff discount, and other perks.
