Store Manager

Crown Paints is seeking to recruit a Store Manager to join our team based in XXXX.

• The role is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week (7am-5pm Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm).
• We offer a salary of £30,000 per annum + bonus + benefits.

What to expect from this role?

This hands-on, customer-focused role involves leading from the front, building relationships with customers, and driving sales through prospecting and excellent service. You will manage a small team, motivate and coach staff, and oversee stock management, forecasting, and store operations.

The role also requires managing store performance against financial targets such as profit and loss, KPIs, and margins. It offers opportunities for personal development in sales, leadership, and commercial skills in a dynamic environment.
