Exciting Opportunity: Store Manager at ProCook Bath Store!

We are seeking a passionate leader for our Bath store, following an internal promotion. ProCook, a leading UK kitchenware retailer, is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee operations and deliver excellent customer experiences.

This is a full-time position: 40 hours/week in our Bath Store!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Manage store operations including inventory, merchandising, and sales performance.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and meet KPIs.
• Train and develop staff to improve product knowledge and skills.
• Create a culture of teamwork and engagement.

Your Impact:

As Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience and support the growth of the ProCook brand.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• Understanding of sales metrics and retail operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for kitchenware and dedication to customer service.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions.
