About the Role
As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring your store runs seamlessly and profitably. You'll inspire and empower your team to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and uphold our reputation for integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative store strategies to expand our customer base, increase foot traffic, and maximize profitability.
- Sales & Performance Management: Drive sales by effectively training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to your store staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Customer Experience Champion: Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery in every interaction.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all store administration, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Standards: Maintain impeccable store conditions and uphold our high visual merchandising standards to create an inviting environment.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Report on key buying trends and customer needs, analyze profitability, and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Conflict Resolution: Skillfully manage and resolve any issues arising from staff or customer interactions, including complaints and grievances.
- Role Model: Act as a shining example of professional conduct, high performance, and dedication, inspiring your team to excel.
- Adaptive Support: Take on additional store manager duties as needed to support the overall success of the branch and company.

Job Details
