- Analyse and interpret sales data to make informed decisions, driving continuous improvement in store performance.

- Ensure the accuracy of cash registers with meticulous attention to detail.

Clienteling:

- Cultivate strong client relationships by anticipating customer needs and delivering a personalised, memorable shopping experience that reflects Longchamp's values.

- Implement proactive clienteling initiatives to foster customer loyalty, establishing Longchamp as a trusted brand.

- Coach team members to prioritise quality client connections, promoting an environment of genuine, long-term relationship building.

Team and Store Management:

- Assist the Concession Manager in overseeing store maintenance and organisation (opening and closing, stockroom management) to ensure all procedures and standards are adhered to.

- Welcome, train, and supervise team members, fostering a customer-centric culture that emphasises excellence in both sales and clienteling.

- Motivate and coach a team of junior team members, guiding them to reach their full potential through tailored training and continuous support.

- Develop team members' skills through structured coaching and mentoring, creating an encouraging environment where growth and learning are prioritized.

- Foster a positive, productive work environment through regular performance assessments, providing junior employees with the tools, support, and motivation needed to advance in their roles and contribute to the team's success.

YOU HAVE:

  • Demonstrated dynamic leadership skills, outstanding organisational abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, supported by proven experience in similar roles.
  • A refined understanding of clienteling, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and training junior team members, with an enthusiasm for helping individuals grow and succeed. Proficiency in digital tools, with a solid command of computer literacy.
  • Exemplary organisational skills, a precise approach to work, and the ability to prioritise effectively. The capacity to work independently, exercise proactive judgement, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing and collaborating with diverse teams of varying profiles.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position.
