Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Store Operations Manager to lead a high-profile retail store in Central London. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of store operations, team leadership, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver strong sales performance and an excellent customer experience
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to store staff
• Manage staffing schedules, costs, and store compliance to ensure efficient operations
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
• Collaborate with wider teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect current priorities and seasonal focuses
• Collect and utilise customer data in line with regulations to inform in-store strategies
• Support a positive store culture and contribute to brand-led community engagement initiatives

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in a senior store or operations retail position
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• A natural leader with a hands-on, can-do approach to problem solving and customer engagement
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as part of a monthly rota
