Fedeli is now looking for a Store Manager for the upcoming opening in Rome, Via Borgognona.


As a core member of the retail team, the Store Manager promotes Fedeli culture through achieving store excellence, helping matching the sales objectives while crafting the most memorable customer experience and ensuring seamless floor operations with an entrepreneurial spirit and an elegant approach.


Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
  • Maintain order and impeccable appearance of the store
  • Oversee stock and store operations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in the same role, preferably in a menswear brand, is preferred
  • Fluency in Italian and English. A third language will be considered as a plus


Requirements:

  • Customers centric with a positive attitude, strong interactive skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong sensitivity for CRM and all its declinations
  • Analytical skills and a particular appetite for defining strategies
  • Driving and charismatic presence on the sales floor
  • Strong Leadership and people's coordination skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems
  • Ability to perform under stress
