Work where the Action is! With your assistants, you will assume a leadership role for the entire team. You will ensure the proper management of orders, stock, and will be responsible for cash management. You will also manage sales and keep an overview of the entire store. You will build the team, recruit employees, encourage their development, and plan working schedules and positions. In regular exchanges with the regional management, you will discuss store performance and developments. Through all these activities, you will contribute significantly to the success of the company. We are looking for a professional with ideally confirmed experience in a similar position in retail in Switzerland, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, pleasure in supporting, managing, and motivating a team of about 15 employees, attention to detail, a willingness to ensure shelves are always well-stocked, as well as a friendly attitude towards our customers. Composure even under stress, availability for a six-week period in one of our stores in Germany, France, Austria, or a French-speaking area, fluency in French is your language, and good command of English would be an asset.
