• Delivering next-level service that turns customers into loyal fans
• Owning the numbers-driving sales, smashing KPIs, and spotting opportunities
• Leading and developing your team to be confident, motivated, and on-brand
• Creating a store environment that's visually exciting and commercially strong
• Acting as a true brand ambassador-on the floor, in the team, and in the results

About You

• A proven Store Manager (or strong Assistant ready to step up) in fashion or lifestyle retail
• Obsessed with customer experience-you know what great looks like and how to deliver it
• Sharp commercial acumen-you love numbers and know how to move them
