Role

As Uxbridge Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver a customer obsessed high street retail experience. You'll drive store performance, develop staff, and work closely with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, and sales.

Responsibilities

Lead the store team, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications
  • Previous store or deputy management experience.
  • Track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and goal oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.
  • Organizational skills for inventory management, stock control, and replenishment.
