Store Manager - Sutton

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Sutton store.

Our Leaders aim to develop our people and grow the business. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning and achieving the store's sales and profit goals. You will lead, coach, and develop the team, promote a safe work environment, and ensure a great customer-first experience.

Key responsibilities:

• You lead with a vision to secure the best experience for colleagues and customers.
• You analyze and follow up on your store's sales & profit KPIs and take actions to maximize results.
• You oversee store operations and ensure best practices are followed in line with the Area vision.
• People & Teams:
• You ensure all employee relations responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies are fulfilled.
• You recruit, train, develop, and manage succession planning for your store.
• You evaluate and manage team performance through dialogues, development plans, and feedback to encourage leadership and support business needs.
• You ensure health & safety, legal, and security issues are handled according to H&M standards and local laws.

• Availability 7 days a week, fully flexible, including weekends.
