We are looking for a confident and driven Store Manager to take full ownership of a busy retail store. You will lead your team, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence across all areas. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and regular feedback • Create a positive and supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and engaged • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional and solution-focused service • Take full ownership of store performance, including sales, KPIs, and profitability • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of execution and safety • Manage stock levels and availability to meet customer demand • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure positive outcomes • Build local partnerships to drive footfall and grow brand awareness What are the requirements needed for this position? • Ability to lead, engage, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment • Confidence taking ownership of store performance and making decisions • Strong commercial awareness and focus on delivering results • Organised and able to manage priorities effectively • Clear and confident communication skills • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? • Experience working in a retail or customer-focused environment • Experience in Assistant Manager or Store Manager roles • Exposure to managing KPIs, stock, or promotions • Interest in technology and customer solutions • Experience building local partnerships or driving community engagementReady to make a difference?
