Store Manager - Lead Team, Delight Customers, Drive Profit

schuh is seeking a Store Manager for our Chelmsford store. This 37.5 hour role involves coaching a team to excel in product knowledge and customer care, while leading by example across all levels of the team.

You will recruit and train new staff, set ambitious goals, and drive KPIs to ensure an exceptional high-street shopping experience. Cash management, merchandising, and collaboration with HO are also key parts of the role.
