Store Manager - Lead, Inspire & Drive Retail Success

schuh is recruiting a Store Manager for our Warrington store. This 37.5 hour per week role covers 5 out of 7 days, with responsibilities including coaching your team to exceed in product knowledge, style and care, and leading by example in people management.

You will recruit and train new talent, set ambitious goals, drive KPIs, maximise store profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards.
