Store Manager - Lead Commercial & Brand Experience

TALA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager for our Bicester Village location. You will own the store's commercial performance, lead the team, protect the brand, and ensure excellent customer experience on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for activewear. You'll collaborate with HQ on visual standards, stock control, and daily operations to drive growth in a fast growing, mission driven brand.
