The role
The store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.
What to expect from the role
- Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying exemplary Pandora customer service
- Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store team, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
- Be thoroughly trained in our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With regional support, develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession
The successful candidate

Experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer products retailing is preferred.
