This is a Designate Store Manager role; therefore a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

As a Designate Store Manager, you'll use your experience to make an immediate impact across multiple stores, leading teams through change, driving performance, and sharing best practice. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
  • Background in a service focused business.
  • Experience in managing sales and service targets, as well as influencing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
