Store Manager

£32,000 - £36,000 plus bonus.

Location: Croydon. 40 hours per week.

Overview: Experienced in retail leadership, technology, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a confident and driven Store Manager to lead one of our busy retail locations. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering strong commercial results and outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing store team through coaching and feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle escalated queries effectively.
  • Oversee day to day store operations, ensuring high operational standards.
  • Drive sales performance through strong product knowledge and service.
  • Ensure effective stock management and store operations.
  • Use performance data to improve store results.
  • Support initiatives to grow footfall and brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role within a customer focused retail or service environment.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, stock, and promotional activity.
  • Confident decision making ability in a fast paced, dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A genuine passion for technology and problem solving.
Additional Skills (Helpful)
  • Experience within the telecoms or mobile device repair sector.
  • Background in retail operations, including stock and cost management.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience best practice.
  • Ability to identify local business opportunities and partnerships.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
