Store Leadership Deputy: Lead, Coach & Drive Retail

B&M Retail Limited in Canterbury is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, run the shop floor, and lead the store in their absence. You will balance hands-on operations with people leadership to maintain high standards and strong customer experience.
