Card Factory plc is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, shape a positive culture and create a space where colleagues feel supported and inspired. You'll coach, motivate and use data to guide decisions, keeping the store moving forward with energy and confidence.

You'll own day-to-day operations, hiring and coaching, merchandising and payroll, and will work closely with District and Regional Managers to drive growth and celebrate success.
