Store Leader: Drive Sales, Service & Growth

B&M is seeking a Store Manager for our Retford store to lead from the front in a fast-paced, results-driven retail environment. You will have full accountability for store performance, driving sales, leading your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will own the store's performance, develop your team and ensure high standards and availability to customers.
