Job Description

Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead shop floor operations and a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager, drive commercial success, and role-model our selling ceremony to deliver world-class customer experience.

You'll manage rotas, stock, till operations, and ensure safety and compliance while inspiring a culture aligned with Pandora values and driving towards targets.
