Store Leader: Drive Experience & KPIs

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking an Assistant Manager in Redditch to lead shifts, drive commercial results and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will own KPIs, manage labour and waste, and deploy staffing plans while coaching partners to deliver consistent service.

You'll also champion new store initiatives and uphold health, safety and security standards. As part of the store leadership team, you'll train and mentor partners, oversee day-to-day operations, and help grow the
