Store Lead: Elevate Customer Experience & Growth

Oxfam Manchester is recruiting an Department Lead to drive exceptional retail standards and customer service in our large format store. You will support the Store and Duty Managers to maximise income and deliver a positive donor experience aligned with Oxfam's values.
