Store Lead - Outdoor Gear & Guest Experience

ARC'TERYX is seeking a Store Lead to join our London-area team. You will guide a group of Product Guides, ensuring an outstanding guest experience while coaching personal performance and maintaining store operations across experience, product, community, and people.

You will manage floor leadership, inventory, and merchandising, working with the Store Manager to meet targets and uphold ARC'TERYX standards. A passion for the brand and outdoors is essential.
