Store General Manager - Growth, Bonus & Impact

Pret in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a General Manager to drive the business, embed change and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead standards, maximise sales, recruit and deliver outstanding customer and team experiences with support from our Training Academy.

This full-time role offers £40,000-45,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus, free meals while on shift and a great staff discount, with clear opportunities for growth within Pret.
