Store Experience Lead

Sainsbury's Store in Bracknell is seeking a Store Manager to lead front end operations and the overall customer experience across the store, from checkout to back of house. You will ensure we deliver on customer commitments and uphold safety and standards.

You'll manage the front-end checkout, petrol station (if applicable), staff performance and scheduling, and may take overall responsibility for running the store in the absence of more senior leadership.
