Store Experience & Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is looking for a Customer Experience Manager at our Tottenham store to lead daily operations and ensure an outstanding customer journey. You will oversee checkout and back-of-house activities, with responsibility for petrol station operations where present.

You will coach and develop the team, manage performance and scheduling, and drive KPI results while maintaining safety and service standards to delight customers.
