Store Director

We are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and service-driven Store Director to lead its boutique in London.

The Role

As Store Director, you will have full responsibility for the boutique's performance, overseeing client experience, commercial results, and operational excellence while upholding the highest service standards.

Client Experience & Representation

• Champion a refined, personalised client experience aligned with luxury service standards
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and a strong local client network
• Represent the business with professionalism and discretion
• Drive store performance and achievement of commercial objectives
• Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to maximise sales and client engagement
• Ensure strong product knowledge and service standards across the team
• Maintain impeccable visual, merchandising, and operational standards
• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and retail excellence guidelines
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
• Foster a respectful, professional, and service-led team culture
