Store Deputy Manager: Lead Sales & Service

Aldi in Peacehaven is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for 25-35 hours per week. You will run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support targets while maintaining strong operations.

You will also receive a £4 per hour premium when running the store. This role involves training colleagues, checking displays, stock rotation, and ensuring health & safety compliance, with progression opportunities within the Aldi career ladder.
