Store Deputy Manager: Lead People & Service

Tesco Ireland is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and to lead a team to deliver excellent service and availability. This senior role requires strong people leadership and a hands-on approach to store performance.

You will take accountability in the Store Manager's absence, guide colleagues, and drive two-way communication while modelling Tesco values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
