Key Requirements for the Customer Service Associate role include:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Competence in accurately processing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including 2nd shift, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and comfort with having to stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
