Job Description
Overview

You will be responsible for creating amazing experiences for our customers, ensuring every visitor leaves the store with high satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interact with customers, educate them on products, build rapport.
  • Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment.
  • Assist loss prevention and adhere to health & safety procedures.
  • Handle cash management and follow security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Qualifications
  • Flexible schedule, available for weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
