Store Assistant - 24 Hours - Saucony

Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash and adhering to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
