Key Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on our products to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, delivery management, stock replenishment, loss prevention and health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash securely and ensuring stock accuracy.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, sales driven environment.
