Store Apprentice

What you'll do

• Store Apprentice in Leicester Freemens Common - 20 hours per week, local commute, early starts and late finishes (7 AM to 8 PM).
• Engage with customers: understand their needs and deliver excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks, contributing to a team centric, family feel environment.
• Keep things running smoothly: maintain a clean and well organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
• Learn while working: set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
• Apply key areas of learning: customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations, and safety procedures.
